Seeds offers a visual meditation on century-old farmers across the Southern United States. The film explores the dwindling ranks of multigenerational Black farmers and what it truly means to hold land. Weaving together three distinct lives, it paints an intimate portrait of these farmers and the landscapes they tend, revealing how Black family farms carry on through generations in spite of the hardships they have long faced.
